Rooftop Terrace

This phase two project to the Beacon Hill condo was to create an outdoor kitchen and dining area, comfortable outdoor living spaces with a fire pit, and a spa area, with lounges and second fire pit off the primary bedroom suite.

Beacon Hill Penthouse Terrace

The rooftop terrace was reconfigured to create three outdoor living zones for an active family that enjoys entertaining: cooking/dining, relaxing/fire, and a quieter spa-like zone adjacent to the principle bedroom. Landscape plantings were designed in blue and grey zones, in regional flowering grasses for lush surroundings that don’t require too much water or maintenance. The custom copper hot tub is surrounded by lavender and dune grasses. The terrace overlooks the rooftops of Beacon Hill and towards the Back Bay.
